A Dreamy October Engagement at Harkness Park | Connecticut Wedding Photographer

Amanda & Josh had a beautiful October day for their engagement at Harkness Park. I forgot how beautiful the light is at the beach this time of year and another perk is in October you get the beach to yourself! Harkness park will always be a favorite location. You get a little bit of everything – fields, mansion, beach – it’s the perfect location for an engagement session! We started off their session by the mansion, the glowy light coming through all the ivory and greenery was so dreamy. I am always a sucker for the beach so those are some of my favorite shots from their session! We had the perfect golden hour and Amanda & Joshua were such naturals! Their love is so evident through their faces in each photo. We had so much fun getting to know them and spending this time celebrating with them! We can’t wait till their wedding next summer at The Starting Gate!
