Briana & Tyler had an unforgettable summer wedding at the beautiful Belle Mer in Newport Rhode Island. Inspired by their love for each other, the quaint coastal town of Newport that is near and dear to both of them, and Briana’s Italian Heritage. The attention to detail for this wedding was unmatched. They thought of absolutely everything to making their wedding day unique and a true reflection of their love story. So many custom details and an amazing vendor team to bring their vision to life. I could not be more excited to share some of my favorite images from the day with you!

Briana & Tyler met as camp counselors in 2018. This ended up being the beginning of their beautiful love story, fast forward to 2023 and Tyler proposed to Briana at Castle Hill Inn and one year later brings us to their dream wedding at Belle Mer.

Briana and her girls got ready in the Island House Loft at Belle Mer – the perfect getting ready space with tall ceilings and windows with tons of natural light pouring in. I love shooting all of the bridal details – Wouldn’t It be Lovely put together the most gorgeous custom invitation suite that was so much fun to photograph. Bella Beauty Bridal did a beautiful job on all the hair and makeup. Briana wore a modern form fitting sparkly dress with floral detail designed by Martina Liana purchased from Vow’s Bridal. And her girls wore satin dusty blue bridesmaids dresses from Jenny Yoo.

Briana & Tyler decided to do a first look which was the sweetest moment ever and they included their cute golden doodle pup Willow in some photos which were so special! Pawfect For You did a wonderful job taking care of Willow and getting her ready for photos and to walk down the aisle with Tyler. The ceremony space overlooked the water and the Newport Bridge. Sayles Livingston Design had all of our jaws dropping with her incredible florals. They truly transformed the space and added the perfect pop of color. The perfect combo of pinks, blues, creams, and greenery. To welcome their guests they had refreshing strawberry lemonade and a Del’s Lemonade cart serving delicious frozen lemonade. The perfect addition to any Newport wedding if you ask me! Something Borrowed Event Decor created gorgeous custom signage that was displayed throughout, but my favorite was the ceremony welcome sign and amazing seating chart! Briana & Tyler had a wonderful ceremony led by Briana’s brother in law. It was personal and a beautiful reflection of their faith.

I will be swooning over the reception space details for years to come. It was absolutely breath taking and some of my favorite images from the day. They had a variety of coastal blue linens with custom menu cards and oyster name cards designed by Nob Hill Jane. Confectionery Designs created a beautiful three tiered white cake with 3d sugar flowers cascading down. They also had an espresso machine and an Italian dessert table with speciality cannoli’s by Only the Finest Italian Cookies. And their favors were Newport wine bottles and for those with fur babies to go treat bags with a drawing of their sweet pup Willow on the bag.

The whole day was an absolute dream and I am so thankful that Briana & Tyler included us in their special day and trusted us to capture all the beautiful details for them! It was great working with such an amazing vendor team, be sure to check out each of their tags in the credits below!
