Evelyn & Jack envisioned a timeless & romantic wedding day surrounded by nature, whimsical gardens and breezy ocean view. The Blithewold mansion was the perfect location for their dream day that included all of this and more. Rhode Island has always been a favorite place for a weekend getaway for these two so they knew that was where they wanted to have their wedding, sharing the magical Rhode Island experience with their friends and family.

Evelyn & Jack are high school sweet hearts. Their love story began 11 years ago when Jack took Evelyn to prom. 7 years of long distance followed their high school graduation until they were finally in the same location where they bought a house, got engaged, got their beloved bernadoodle & made it through med school. Bringing us to their dream wedding day at the Blithewold Mansion. They got ready at Omni Hotel in Providence where the Make up RI did a beautiful job on the girls makeup and Kauri and Co did the hair. Evelyn wore a Pronovias lace gown with the most elegant sleeves and lace trimmed cathedral veil.

They had their first look at Blithewold where they also read private vows to each other. We utilized the gorgeous grounds at the Blithewold for all their portraits. Their ceremony was in the beautiful garden area looking over the ocean and the weather was perfect. Golden Gate Studio filled the space with ivory and blush florals. You could not have asked for a more breathtaking backdrop or day! One of their close friends who was also in the bridal officiated their ceremony. It was so personalized and a perfect blend of personal details of their lives and preparing for a lifetime commitment.

Everlasting Affairs helped Evelyn & Jack plan their dream wedding day at the Blithewold Mansion. Everything was beautiful, but the tent design they created was soooo dreamy! Twinkly lights everywhere with so many little details that reflected Evelyn & Jack’s relationship and favorite things. It was such a fun day celebrating such a wonderful couple.
