Oakholm Garden Inspired Wedding | Boston Wedding Photographer

Oakholm Farm Estate, a family owned and operated, rustic glam waterfront wedding venue & brewery located on 116 acres in the heart of the countryside in New England.

Lead Photographer Krista of Krista Jean Photography skillfully captured the ambiance of the vintage garden aesthetic set forth by Event Planning & Design expert, Chrissie Sue Chubka of Events By Chrissie Sue. Together, they conveyed the personal style for this couple’s love for each other, for craft beer, and for garden elegance that can all be found in one beautiful place, Oakholm Farm Estate.

This newly established event venue and on site brewery, Oakholm Farm Brewing Co., is located on Quaboag Lake in Brookfield, Massachusetts with impeccable landscaping, onsite lodging in a 1925 antique estate house and waterfront ceremony space, where couples can say “I Brew” and “I do too” in a way that is perfectly unique to them. This outdoor wedding venue maintains classic charm with modern amenities.

Inspired by the natural, beautiful ivy growing all around this expansive property, Events By Chrissie Sue designed and transformed the ceremony and reception space into a romantic garden vibe soaking up every last ounce of summer with lovely blush, peach and ivory florals throughout each décor element. The flowers provided by Petal & Wren united the overall defined aesthetic highlighting the whimsical and romantic German designed Lisa Donetti wedding gown worn with such grace. To compliment the floral embellishments of the brides gown, the groom was dressed in iron grey, a modern alternative. The tablescape design was adorned with mixed matched vintage china, stemware, and gold toned flatware; atop a custom white washed farm table, paired with ivory and blush toned custom upholstered chairs. Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals added a timeless approach to a “farm” venue outside of the typical rustic/country theme.

Krista Jean Photography highlighted the organic backdrop for this romantic waterfront wedding. The creativity was showcased in several precise details such as gold foil pressed stationary, individual flower seed gift favors, floral infused signature drinks, a personalized hand painted Champagne bottle and the couple’s petite floral designed wedding cake. These unique details were just as impactful as the larger statements, which included a lounge vignette, floral designed canoe and vintage moped affixed with a “Just Married” sign and hanging beer cans.
