A Sophisticated Summer Wedding at the Beauport Hotel | Boston Wedding Photographer
Antonette & Nicholas had the perfect summer day for their wedding at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, Massachusetts. They have been going to the Beauport for summer dinners on the deck ever since they opened. It is one of their favorite spots along with the beach making it the perfect spot for their wedding day. Antonette is a natural born planner who is organized and stylish – both of our type A personalities immediately connected from our first phone consultation. When we met Antonette & Nicholas at their engagement we could see the special love these two shared. They were together for 8 years and then Nick proposed at sunset on the beach in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Another reason why the beach was so special to them and important to incorporate for their day!
When I first walked into the room Antonette had all her bridal details perfectly organized for me to start photographing. She also had the cutest gifts for all her bridesmaids and matching robes. We had so much fun photographing bridesmaids photos with champagne in their robes before they all got dressed for the day. Mane & Mani did a beautiful job on all the girls hair & makeup. Antonette wore a beautiful Enzoani dress with thin dainty beaded straps and lace beading throughout with a gorgeous trailing floral lace train.
Antonette’s vision was a modern classic summer wedding at the Beauport with lots of white florals and greenery. Plant Ahead Boston was responsible for all the gorgeous blooms! The ceremony arch was the perfect addition. The neutral palette highlighted the gorgeous ocean views without taking away from its natural beauty bringing Antonette’s vision to life. My favorite part of the day was watching Nicholas’s face when Antonette walked down the aisle. He had the sweetest reaction and you could see how much he loved Antonette. Their ceremony was a beautiful reflection of the two of them with breathtaking views.
They finished off the night with the best first dances & beautiful speeches. Antonette & her dad had the best dance – it was unforgettable and so much fun to witness and photograph! This group knows how to throw a party! So much love, laughter, dancing, and delicious food! It was the perfect way to end their beautiful summer wedding day at the Beauport.
